I worked with talented colleagues to create a  Customer Service Experience Program that Kia Motors implemented with their Service Department in dealerships across the United States. The program was geared toward increasing CSI scores for Kia Dealerships and improving Customer Satisfaction and Retention.

This project included everything from development of the name and logo, to designing a launch kit that was delivered in print.
